SalesXchange Course Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 17th May 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and use of the online course ("Course") provided by SalesXchange Limited ("Provider", "we", "us") to the business customer ("Client", "you"). By purchasing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. No other terms shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by an authorised officer of SalesXchange Limited.

  1. Definitions
    • Course refers to the digital training programme titled The B2B TAM Strategy Course, priced at ÂŁ1,997 + VAT, comprising on-demand video modules, downloadable resources, and optional live group sessions delivered via the SalesXchange learning platform.
    • Course Materials means all video, audio, slides, workbooks, and other content supplied with or generated by the Course.
    • Access Credentials are the unique login details provided to access the Course upon successful payment.
  2. Nature of the Course
    • This Course is an advanced digital sales and marketing training programme for business clients. It is not a “get rich quick” scheme, franchise, investment vehicle, or guarantee of results.
    • Any case studies, testimonials, or examples presented are illustrative only. They do not represent typical or guaranteed results.
    • Success depends entirely on your business model, implementation consistency, team capabilities, and market dynamics. SalesXchange makes no earnings claims or assurances of commercial outcomes.
  3. Price and Payment1 The Course fee is ÂŁ1,997 + VAT, payable in full in advance.
    • The Course fee is ÂŁ1,997 + VAT, payable in full upfront by card, bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal.
    • Access credentials are only issued upon receipt of cleared funds. Time of payment is of the essence.
    • Invoices are issued in GBP and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at the prevailing rate.
  4. Refund Policy – No Refunds
    • This is a high-ticket digital product. Due to the nature of the service and the immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final.
    • No refunds will be given once access credentials have been issued, regardless of usage, download status, or perceived results.
    • You are purchasing intellectual property that cannot be “returned.” By completing payment, you waive any right to cancellation except where mandatory consumer law applies and you are acting as a non-business consumer (which is not the intended use of this Course).
  5. Course Access and Use
    • Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for up to one named employee to access the Course for the Client’s internal business purposes.
    • Access credentials must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping them secure and confidential.
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, publicly display, resell, or make available the Course Materials to any third party without our prior written consent.
    • Additional licences may be purchased by emailing SalesXchange Limited with the names and email addresses of the authorised employees. Upon receipt of cleared payment, individual access credentials will be issued to each authorised user.
    • Each licence is for one named user only and is non-transferable. Shared access or use by unauthorised individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in access being revoked without refund.
    • All users of the Course, including additional employees registered under a business account, are subject to and bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Intellectual Property
    • All Course Materials are the copyrighted property of SalesXchange Limited or its licensors.
    • You are granted limited access to use the materials for learning and business application only.
    • Any unauthorised use, replication, or redistribution of Course Materials constitutes a breach of contract and may result in legal action.
  7. Warranties and Disclaimers
    • SalesXchange provides the Course on an “as-is” basis for educational purposes.
    • We make no warranties, express or implied, as to fitness for a particular purpose or commercial outcome.
    • You understand that business success requires effort, time, testing, and resource allocation beyond what the Course provides.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    • Our total liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
    • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or platform outages (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Kajabi).
  9.  Eligibility
    • You must be 18 years or older and authorised to make purchases on behalf of a business to enrol in this Course.
    • The Course is intended for professional and commercial use only.
  10.  Confidentiality
    • You agree to treat all materials, processes, and strategies taught in the Course as confidential.
    • You may not disclose or share internal course content publicly or in competitive contexts.
  11.  Governing Law and Disputes

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Both parties agree to attempt good faith mediation before pursuing litigation.

  1.  Notices
    • Any legal notices must be sent by recorded post or confirmed email to the addresses provided at the time of purchase.
  2.  Entire Agreement
    • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SalesXchange Limited relating to the Course and supersede all previous communications, proposals, or understandings.
  3.  Final Statement
    • By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge:
      – You understand this is a high-ticket, non-refundable digital product.
      – You have read and accepted these Terms in full.
      – You accept full responsibility for applying the knowledge provided.
      – You agree not to dispute payments or request chargebacks once access is granted.
